DOMESTIC

SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Please allow us 1–2 business days to dispatch your order from the date on which it has been placed.
The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and the services of our logistics partner. Our team will share the tracking information with you once your order is dispatched from our end. Please allow 3–6 business days for your product to arrive after you receive the tracking details. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We handcraft each piece with the utmost care, and each piece undergoes strict quality control before reaching your doorstep. 

However, if the product delivered contains a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, please reach out to us using our contact number, +91 7061759878, or email us directly at support@rojindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the piece. We will investigate the damage from our end and replace the bag.

In the event of a return, please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.  Exchanges on grounds other than defects/damage are chargeable to cover the reverse shipping costs incurred on our end. You may exchange it for another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder within the exchange period of 7 days. You may also opt for a credit note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website and has a validity of 3 months.

Any purchase made during a sale is considered a final sale, and no exchange will be provided for the same. 

WARRANTY

In cases where, due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware (locks, studs, screws, buckles, and straps), we offer repairs within three months from the time of receipt of the product. Please note that minor scratches on hardware/leather are seen as a sign of wear & tear, not as a damaged product.

Damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse, wherein the shipping costs will be borne by the customer themselves.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse via our courier partners. Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping times may vary based on your location; however, most parcels should arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Exchanges & Returns

All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch; however, if you notice any damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 48 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. Please note that your exchange will be subject to additional charges based on the nature of the request and your location.

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on rojindia.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final. Any purchase made during a sale is considered a final sale, and no return/exchange will be provided for the same. 

Duties

You may be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. ROJ will not be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
